I set up this blog for the purpose of keeping track of my various adventures as I travel around New Zealand. It’s also a way for me to keep people back home informed as to what I’m up to. At some point I hope to be able to buy myself a proper domain because, although extremely handy, WordPress.com blogs aren’t really as customisable as I would’ve hoped. That’s ok though; it’s not as though I’m paying for the priviledge. As soon as I find some source of income while I’m overseas I’ll get myself some “real” webspace!

I’m not promising that this will be strictly travel related. After all, I’m bound to want to vent about day-to-day things at some point just like every other blogger out there.
